All payments are final, deposits are valid for six months. Balance is to be paid in full 14 days prior to your date of service or your service will be canceled. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
Once your service is booked with Serenity Hydration Medspa, LLC you must sign a contract that outlines the details of services to be provided. There will be no service if contract is not signed and returned. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via text, email, or phone call 48 hours in advance. If done less than 48 hours, or you "no show," then you will also forfeit your deposit.
To ensure the duration of your appointment, we ask that you arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. A late arrival will limit the time for your appointment time, thereby limiting your treatments and expectations of your visit. In consideration of other appointments, we will not extend your treatment time.
You must be 18 years old or older to receive our services. Small children or guests are not allowed into the treatment rooms for safety and hygiene purposes. Small children can not be left unattended at anytime in the spa.
